Etching

This is my new work by etching. I tried copper plate for the first time,
and I was surprised that process took so long time.
I still struggle with controlling ink, so I would like to try more.
I like simple image but some decorative details as well.

Cool! Your drawing style and line is really suited to etching! I really like the shapes and patterns you create! I'm just curious, can you use colour when you're etching??

Oooh very nice this one, also the other one. Hey you can use zinc also to etch...it's cheaper then copper and the proces goes faster then copper...with the acid.
And colors, yeah try it if you have some coloured inks...or you can color it with watercolors, or do a photoshopping, whatever!
Good luck! Watchig forward to see more!

I enjoy etching very much and I'm glad it can suits to delicate lines. I haven't try colours, maybe I'm gonna investigate more...

Thank you comment! I've used zinc twice, and this is my first copper plate. To be honest, I couldn't find big differences between copper and zinc yet.. But I will try more and find new style. Thank you!
